Over / Under Runs
Due to the nature of the industry, over and under runs may occur within a 3% to 5% range. Which means you may receive an overage or shortage for your order.
We will only charge you for the quantity shipped. You will not be charged extra for products you do not receive.
Cancellations and Changes
We work hard to ensure the speed of order process. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, once order is in production, we may not be able to make any further changes.
Upon approval of your order acknowledgment and artwork approval, the order production will begin. If you require any additional information, please contact our customer service department.
Cancellations will not be accepted once production begins.

Waterbottles.com will only accept prepayment. We accept all major credit cards. However, alternative payment methods such as money order and checks will be accepted under special circumstances. Please contact customer service or accounting department for further details. Please note there is a 5-7 day grace period for checks to clear. Therefore, production will not start until payment has cleared.
Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Defective or damaged items must be reported or notified within 3 days of receiving the goods. In the case of customer error, Waterbottles.com is not responsible for any refunds or discounts.
Since we can not restock custom imprinted products, Waterbottles.com will not accept any returns or issue any refunds.
Blank merchandise returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee and appropriate freight costs to return products. Incomplete or partial returns will not be accepted.
We understand it is difficult to choose an item without experiencing the item’s uses first hand. To help you decide, we offer you a FREE SAMPLE.

Waterbottles.com will provide one FREE SAMPLE, including FedEx Ground shipping, up to $5.00. All samples over $5.00 will require payment of the additional cost. All samples are shipped either blank or with a random imprint.

Art Proof Policy
Waterbottles.com requires all orders (except for exact repeat orders) to receive an electronic art proof. Art proof is provided at no additional cost, however,
When proofing your art proof, if there are any mistakes such as misspelled words or incorrect imprint color, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will be more than happy to make any corrections at no additional charge. All changes and corrections must be confirmed in writing.
Waterbottles.com is not responsible for any errors approved and overlooked by the customer. Once the customer approves the order acknowledgment and art proof, we are not at liberty to make any further changes to the order. The order will be printed exactly as the customer approves the art proof. It is imperative to carefully look over order acknowledgment and art proof prior to approving them.
Right to Refuse Service
Waterbottles.com reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason. Orders will be canceled or refused if at anytime we feel it may be fraudulent.
