Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Upon check out, there will be an estimated delivery date for your order. If you would like to receive your order quicker, you have the option to choose rush service or expedited shipping at appropriate cost.
Q. What if I want to order less than the minimum quantity?
A. Depending on the item, we will try our best to work with you to meet your needs. Please contact our customer service department Sales@waterbottles.com.
Q. What is a set-up charge?
A. Most products require either a plate or a screen to be made for imprinting. A set-up charge will be applied for each product / imprint color / location.
Q. What if I don’t have any artwork?
A. We have a team of trained artists who can help you with your artwork needs.
Q. How do I order samples?
A. Ever feel like what’s on the computer screen might look different than the actual product? Have a look first before placing an order. Simply e-mail our samples department Info@waterbottles.com. Our samples department will contact you within 24 hours with cost (if any) and shipping options.
Q. How much will shipping cost?
A. During the check out process, a shipping estimate will be provided based on your order. All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
